Great Yorkshire Show NCC Park Results 2019

The judging of the North Country Cheviot classes at the Great Yorkshire Show 2019 took place on Tuesday 9th July in the capable hands of Mr Jonnie Campbell, Bardnaclavan. With a number of new exhibitors alongside the regulars, the North Country Cheviot classes had plenty of interest around the ringside as Jonnie Campbell made his selections.
Taking the Overall was the two crop ewe from W & J Thomson, Hownam Grange, following in her success at the Royal Highland Show last month. Hownam Grange Victoria went on to win the Interbred Hill Breed Champion the next day.
Reserve Overall was a three shear ram from KO Stones, Nun Cote Nook – Belmaduthy Van Dijk, who had stood breed champion at the Great Yorkshire Show in 2018.
